Alex is a fantastic personal trainer - an extremely motivated, professional and focused PT who really invests the time in understanding your fitness goals. Enthusiastic and friendly, he ensures you get the most out of each workout. His effective and innovative ways in which he approaches each session is inspiring - the TRX workout is particularly impressive. Highly recommended - have always thoroughly enjoyed each workout and seen the results.
